TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Emerald Wigs Emporium reserves the right to cancel a sale and provide a refund.

 

“IN STOCK” GOODS

Provided that a wig is in stock at the point when your order is received, Emerald Wigs Emporium will endeavour to send it out to you within 3 working days. This can increase during busy periods.

Orders are classed as received from the point at which you receive email confirmation of the order from Emerald Wigs Emporium website. Please check your Junk folder if you do not have a confirmation email.

Please note that, while an item may state “in stock” on the site, it is possible that multiple orders could be received at once, in excess of stock levels held. In the event of this happening, Emerald Wigs Emporium will advise you as soon as possible that delivery will take place on a pre-order basis, as below. If this is not to your satisfaction, a refund can be provided once requested in writing (by direct email or over the site), and your order cancelled. 

Goods are despatched as standard post through An Post. As stated on the An Post website, delivery varies from one region to another. Emerald Wigs Emporium cannot take responsibility for these delivery times once an order has been dispatched. 

Next-day delivery options with Ireland are available at extra cost. Please email before making your order if this is required as it is not always possible.

International deliveries are despatched by An Post Airmail. Tracking is not provided unless requested and paid for before placing an order.

Overseas orders tend to take around a week to a month to arrive, but this can vary due to possible postal delays and customs issues. This can also vary dependant on the distance of the destination from Ireland. If orders have not arrived a month from date of dispatch, please contact info@emeraldwigsemporium.com or use the contact form on this website (providing the order details listed on these FAQs).

If you are not satisfied with your item, you could return it to us for a full refund of the item price within 7 days of receiving the item. The returned item must be in its original new condition, with the original packaging and tags (if any). Items that have been worn, combed, washed or styled will not be accepted. Items returned with any odour will not be accepted. Postage to return the item will be paid by customer. We recommend that you use a shipping method with tracking as we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged items. Refunds will be for the original purchase value only, and will be refunded through the original payment method. After we receive the returned package, it will be checked for eligibility, and if authorised, we will arrange the refund within 5 working days. Please allow 5-10 days for refund to show in your account.
Sale items, Green Box and any custom-made / customised items are non-refundable, and we do not offer any exchange of items.
